We have a room for rent in our two story 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome located in Mesa, Tempe Border next to MCC. We are a couple (two females) with two cats (no other pets please). You will have your own bedroom and bathroom plus shared access of home including laundry facilities, kitchen, and large back patio. The community also has a pool and plenty of street parking, will consider covered attached parking for extra monthly charge if preferred. Room is 900/month including utilities and 950/month in summer (warmer climate)
