Roommate needed for 3bdr 3 bath!

Description

We’re looking for a new roommate to take over our former roommate’s lease at the end of May. 3 bed, 3 bath, two story home with a bonus room upstairs. The downstairs bedroom that we are leasing comes with an en-suite bathroom and easy access to the main living room and kitchen! The bedroom with be completely empty but the house is mostly furnished with a couch upstairs and downstairs, a washer/dryer, and all main kitchen appliances. As for the outer aspects of the house we have a driveway that can fit up to 4 vehicles, and a good sized front yard. The backyard is pretty large and has a small back patio as well. The estimated base rent would be around 767, excluding utilities, WiFi, and renter’s insurance. Utilities included, it is around $800 depending on the monthly utility bill. First month’s rent would be due by June 1st. Some things about us! About Janiyah:

-Is typically in his room the majority of the time he is not at work, but enjoys occasional quality time We’re hoping to find a roommate around our ages who is LGBTQIA+ supportive, pet friendly, independent, ideally left leaning, and open to hosting the occasional party (2-3 ish a year).
