My husband and I are looking for a quiet single roommate to rent to. We’re very down to earth working professionals with a dog and cat. We don’t smoke and rarely drink. Looking to rent to one person without pets and kids. The downstairs bed/bath in our 3-bedroom condo is available early May. Bedroom has private bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity. Room has sliding glass door, closet, and ceiling fan. We have an extra full bed with bed-frame and TV stand if needed, but can move out if not needed. There is no private entrance. Condo complex comes with community pool, basketball court, etc. All utilities & internet are included in the rent. Washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, etc. is shared.
