Room for Rent-Available June 1st, 2026. Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to move into the spare bedroom in our townhome located in South Escondido. Our current roommate will be moving out in May, so we are hoping to fill the room by June 1st. You would have your own private bathroom. Shared laundry space with washer/dryer in unit. Must be okay with dogs as we have a 60lb staffy terrier (super cute and friendly). Shared common area with full access to kitchen. Parking is street parking only. We both work full-time and are hoping to find someone with similar work schedules or a full-time student. Must be clean and respectful of the space.
