They're neat, structured, clean, mind their own business, and almost always too tired from work. This living space is gamer friendly, music friendly, smoker friendly–you may smoke outside–and even baker & chef friendly. The Deposits process is flexible. Upon moving in, the roomie pays the difference of $600 to affirm their stay.
