The space is furnished (or can be adjusted based on what you need), includes a private closet, and a shared bathroom. It’s a solid setup if you want your own space but still be part of a relaxed, social house. A little about us — we’re laid back, active, and pretty social. We like hitting the gym, hanging out, and having a good time, but during the week it’s usually pretty quiet while we focus on work. We do have two dogs — a corgi and a 1-year-old German Shepherd, so they’ve got some energy and personality. Definitely a plus if you’re a dog person. We’re totally cool with having people over or hosting, just ask for a heads up so everyone’s on the same page. If you’re easygoing, respectful, and looking [REDACTED] price is negotiable.
