Hi, my name is Natalie. I am a 33-year old special education teacher and runner. I am looking for at least one compatible roommate, preferably female, in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that I rent. The house is in North Phoenix. It has a very open floor plan, with a backyard and a dog door. It's located in a safe, family-friendly and walkable neighborhood, one mile from the 40th street trailhead. I have a 8 year old GSP and he is dog friendly. I am quiet, clean, and gone often since I work 8-4. The monthly rent is $1100 including utilities and the room is available asap. If you have a dog, there is a $250 pet deposit in addition to the deposit listed below. Please reach out if you have any questions!
