Hi, my name is MarthaAlicia. I am a 46-yo professional. I am looking for a room to rent in Oceanside. I split my time between my Imperial Valley home and North County for work, so usually half the week in one place, and half of the week in the other, more or less. Still using hotels/airbnbs, so not in a huge rush but would like something more stable. Also, my teenage daughter accompanies me many times when it's weekend work out in Oceanside. My budget is $1000.
