Arvada room for rent

Hi, my name is Nathan. I am a 20-year old professional, and looking to rent out rooms in my house. I have 3 rooms available, one with a private bathroom, and 2 sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. The room with a private bath is $850 a month, and the rooms sharing the Jack and Jill bathroom will be $800 a month. You will also share 1/4 the utility bill, which will be ~$50/month. The house is a spacious 3200+ sq ft house, on a corner lot, with beautiful views. It has in unit washer dryer, central heating and A/C, and has street parking and garage spots also available for rent. About me, I’m a software engineer and keep a structured schedule. I’m communicative, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I spend most of my time working or in my room/office, so the house stays quiet. Ideally looking for other working professionals or students. I'm looking for long term rentals (6-12 months), with 1 month security deposit. I'll also require a background check and proof of income at least 3x rent. Please message me if you are interested!
