Roommate

Hi! I am looking for a roommate to move in to my 2 bedroom 1 bath upper unit duplex in mid April or May 1st. It is located in the Washington Heights neighborhood and is walking distance to north ave shops, the tosa village and is a 10 minute drive to Froedtert hospital. Rent is $1700 (850 each) and utilities (gas/electric and water) are split. It has in-unit washer/dryer & a large shared walk in closet. Dogs are welcome with an additional $25 monthly pet fee. I do have a loving 7 yr old heeler/lab that enjoys the company of other dogs.
