Looking for someone to take over my son’s lease at the Proximity at 10th for school year 2026 - 2027. He’s transferring to another school. Rent is $965/a month ($1045 with parking pass). There is only one roommate. It’s a 2BR/ 2BA unit. The lease starts in August (2026) and ends July 2027. Walk in closest and private bathroom; unit is furnished. The complex boasts multiple study rooms, a clubhouse, and pool! This apartment is the closest to ECU and next door to Krispy Kreme. I will pay half the first month’s rent.
