I’m looking for a roommate for a two bedroom apartment in the 10th.
the apartment is about 73m2 with a balcony and has an elevator. The total rent is 2300€, so 1150€ per room. but I can negotiate the price of the bedroom since I really want this apartment and I’m already more for that for the place that I’m staying in now. It’s right by the metro also Paid parking is also available nearby.
There is no agency fee, but a deposit will be required. Visits are possible after tomorrow
