Monthly Rent: $1,200 (Includes all utilities: Electric, Internet, Gas, Water, and Trash). Deposit: $900.00 Bathroom: Shared with one other male. Current Household: We are two working professionals who value a peaceful, respectful living environment. Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a full-time professional who works outside of the home. To maintain the current balance and quiet of the house, we have found that our home is not a fit for couples, children, or students. I have dogs that are on the other side of the home, separated by a gate. They do not go to the renters side of the home. Preference: Male preferred. Requirements: Must have steady, full-time employment outside the home. No pets, smokers, or work-from-home setups, please. About Us:
