Looking for a room to rent

Description

I’m a 75 year old retired veteran just looking for a place to stay so I can be closer to my oldest son. My income is steady, drawing on my retirement, and I don’t really do much other than get on the internet, watch sports, and go to church when I don’t go to the gym with my son and his fiancé. When I have company over it’s usually my son, but most of the time he invites me to his place. Recently I’ve been dealing with month to month leases where they raise your rent every couple of months, and I’d like to avoid that if at all possible. Thank you, and have a blessed day.
