Affordable room close to the U

Great affordable spot near the University of Utah, TRAX, and downtown. The property is quiet and tucked away from busy streets. Includes parking, on- laundry, and a grassy outdoor area. The building was built in the 70s but is very clean and well cared for. Utilities [REDACTED] haven’t paid more than $800 a month, including utilities. The available bedroom is a good size for the area and includes a spacious closet. I am currently in the primary bedroom which is slightly bigger, but you would get the closer parking spot to make it fair! ps. my old roommate is still in the process of moving out, but will be clean by move in. I’m a University of Utah student graduating in April with a bio/pre-med degree. I enjoy going out with friends, reading, and being outside. Most people in the building are in their 20s and in school, so it’s a pretty similar vibe.I’m looking for a roommate who is [REDACTED] a roommate who will also be my bestie!
