Hi, my name is Sophia. I am a 28-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Southwest Waterfront, Washington DC. The monthly rent is $1515 + utilities and the room is available on May 1st. I do have a dog, Niko, who is 4, friendly and adorable. Room includes private bathroom and walk in closet. In unit laundry, Juliette balcony, central A/C. Maintenance is very quick. Building amenities-wise we have the works: pool, garden area, grills, gym, garage parking, bike storage, etc. Common areas are furnished and the room itself is optionally furnished. Right next to green line metro station and across the street from a grocery store. 5 mins from the Wharf. Farmers market right outside on Saturdays and bi-weekly block parties when it's warm! I love this spot and would hate to move as I can't quite swing it by myself.
