Roommate for 2/2 in Cary NC

The place: Currently in a 2/2 in Cary that I love, but my current roommate is moving in with her bf. The renewed lease will start in late June. The unit has in-unit laundry, faces a bunch of trees, and is on the top (3rd) floor. The complex has scan-in entry, stairs & elevators, a gym, a pool, very sweet maintenance staff, and is walkable to a Harris Teeter and a few other stores & restaurants. Me: I'm a former Floridian who loves old lady hobbies, reality tv, fun cocktails, secondhand books, chill video games, and good movies. I have a medium-sized hound who loves people, never barks, and sleeps most of the day. You: Looking for someone kind, clean, and communicative! Queer-friendly and doesn't leave dishes in the sink overnight. I typically keep to myself, but if you want to make a late-night snack run or watch some trashy tv, I'm your girl. I enjoy it when a place is a cozy spot to invite friends over, I just prefer it to not be constantly full of people. If you are friendly, responsible, and respectful, I think we'd get along.
