Description

Rent is 525 + utilities (electric and wifi, which usually comes out to ~60 a month). Maintenance costs are included in the rent, and they are often quick if we do need to contact them. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven are also included and do work. One bath, two bedroom, two story apartment. The one room up for rent (I occupy the other room) is not furnished. It has a spacious closet and enough room for a desk and multiple dressers. Regarding the location, the neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves, there are no frat houses nearby, and we are in very close proximity to HEB. The parking is also free, and there is almost always an available spot in front of the place. The property will be available for move in starting mid May, and once added to the lease contract, lease renwal occurs every February; however, if you need to move in in Agust, that is also okay---we can work that out.
