I am looking for a female roommate to fill a room in our home, located in a quiet residential neighborhood 1 minute drive (walking distance) from George Fox Uni, the Cultural Center and downtown Newberg. Room available starting May 1st, flexible if needed sooner. We are seeking a clean and tidy female roommate, for a 12-month lease rent. The room for rent is fully furnished, and will have access to own bathroom across the room in the hallway.
