2 Rooms Avaliable for Rent

Description

I have 2 out of 3 rooms available for rent. Rooms are 11x10, 12x11, and a larger 18x13. $850 is for the larger room. The only utility would be a split amongst tennants for electricity. Please ignore the furniture in the pictures, rooms are serving as temporary storage for the time being.
Really nice quiet neighborhood right off the durango exit from the 11 and near a lot of stores. Previous two roommates have moved out so its just me here. Pretty chill environment, if I'm not at work at the gym. I host board game nights and fight nights with a group of friends once or twice a month. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
