Lake House for Female Roommate

Seeking a female roommate for Saint Placide lake house starting May 01, 2026 (45min drive outside of Montreal) 🏡🌊 Hi, my name is Elaina and my current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend so I am looking for a new female roommate! The house is unattached and directly on the lake. The space includes one parking (although 4 can fit easily in the driveway), the entire upstairs loft space, shared in suite laundry, bathroom, kitchen and sunroom. There is also a beautiful deck to enjoy the pool and lake. The price is $1300 a month plus $150 for utilities and Wi-Fi. A little more about me - I am a native English speaker, however I am taking French courses every week. As you can see in some pictures I do have a dog named Spark. I work from home and am relatively quiet, however still love going into the city to go dancing, hiking etc. and of course reading on the lake!
