The home is located very close to Del Valle High School and about 5 minutes from two major freeways, making commuting easy. Because it’s a house, parking is easy and available.
The property also has a large backyard and a shed for extra storage if needed.
A little about the [REDACTED] here with my two large dogs. They are very sweet, friendly, and love people. However, they do not get along with other dogs, so unfortunately I cannot accommodate additional pets. The ideal roommate is someone who loves dogs and is comfortable living with them but does not have pets of their own.
You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, and shared spaces. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and responsible who treats the home like their own.
