2nd Floor One bedroom - shared bath

Available March 1st. $825 includes all utilities. Hello! I am from Chicago and normally spend winters here but not this particular winter. This means I have a spare room to rent out for one person in our three bedroom single family home with two full baths and an additional two half-baths. It's technically in Davenport but it's right on the Osceola line. It is about 8 miles to Disney's Animal Kingdom and close to Champions Gate and lots of shopping and restaurants. Your room would be on the second floor and share the bathroom with one other awesome, chill and quiet gentleman. Your room is 12' x 11' currently furnished with a twin bed, dresser, and a TV. You would only need to bring your personal belongings. Rent includes all utilities as well as access and privileges to the kitchen, free laundry, pool, and driveway. Open to month to month or longer term situations. Please be aware that myself or my brother and his partner stay downstairs if we visit. They have partitioned a section of the living room into their own little private apartment and would not be in your way. We are fun, friendly people who would respect your privacy and are looking for an equally chill, quiet person and just ask that you are clean, have reliable income and pay rent on time. 1/2 month security deposit would be required up front and would be returned to you as long as you leave the place in as good condition as you found it. I have lots of references as a personal landlord/roommate. Respectful, responsible and LGBTQIA friendly. Thank you for considering my home!
