Private bedroom and bathroom in a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment in northern Loveland, Co available for immediate move in! The room and bathroom do have minor wall damage from previous tenant that can be fixed before move in if wanted. Shared kitchen and living space. Washer/dryer hookups in the apartment, currently no washer and dryer though. The place is currently fully furnished and would only need bedroom furniture for yourself. There is a laundry room in the clubhouse. Looking for a roommate who is clean and understanding! I do have a dog who is reactive, so no other pets. No exceptions. Rent is $800 not including utilities. Utilities paid by tenant are: Gas, Electric and WiFi. They usually run $75-100 per person depending on season and use. There are income limitations, so you would need to apply!
