Who needs a roommate Or a sublease?

Description

I’m 23, in college and working full time, I love animals but don’t have any pets, I’m hoping to find a female roommate, or a place to sublease. I can pay $700-$800 a month, and I CANNOT go past that budget so please if you’re expecting more I’m not the candidate for you. I can cook, I’m very clean and organized, very home bodied so I rarely go out, maybe once a month I’ll have a drink (I’m not big on alcohol), and I don’t smoke at all. I do currently reside in the Jersey village area and I’m looking for something within this same area, or Cypress or Fairbanks considering my job and school is in this area.
