Room for rent!

Hi! I’ve posted on here before but it’s coming down to crunch time to finding a Roomate for my current apartment! The lease is up march 18th but I have till March 6th the latest to find a Roomate so management can process paperwork!
The place is in tualatin right across from Meridian park hospital, there is nice shopping center Nearby, close to Bridgeport as well! There is a park walking distance away that I love hanging out at! It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bath, has a washer and dryer in unit! I do have cat but he is very sweet and friendly and does get along well with other cats, he does take longer to get used to a dog however! The parking spot is yours as I don’t have a car! My room is what you would call the master bedroom so you would have the smaller one, but there is enough room for a full bed, full sized mirror, dresser and nightstand, there is closet in there as well! The place is fully furnished minus what would be your room! The rent is 690 plus 23 for WiFi, 60-75 for PGE, and 60-70 in utilities, everything listed here price wise is already split in half! A little bit about me! I am Jess, 21 years old, I works at a daycare 4 times a week, Tuesday-Friday, I am more of introvert but am open to Roomate hangouts! I keep things clean and it’s a pretty relaxed space, if you can’t for any reason get to a chore right away then all is good! I attend a chruch near by about 5 minutes away! I love to read bake, puzzle, watch shows or movies! I haven’t had time to take pictures of the place yet as I’ve been at work but I definitely will, I can show you photos of it from the day I moved in tho! There is a 500 dollar deposit but if you can’t pay that upfront we can always talk about a solution!
