House was recently renovated (warm, well insulated, triple glazed windows) with gas central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, instant hot water, small garden, shared bathroom. Single room is bright, clean and quiet. Please note: There is no desk available and limited storage space (small wardrobe and bedside locker).
