I’m looking to rent out a downstairs bedroom in my 4-bed 2-bath house. I have a roommate [REDACTED] in the 2nd downstairs bedroom. The 4th bedroom is a recording space, and if you’re a musician you’d be welcome to use it! We currently have a 22lb super sweet lab-mix dog, and a small social gray tabby cat. My roommate and I are both friendly and social - but if you’re more introverted and prefer to keep to yourself, we can respect it! No more pets allowed.
