Hi! My name is Claire, I’m years old and I’m looking for a roommate in my bath apartment in Fenway starting Sep 1. My boyfriend also stays here half the week and we are both gone the other half of the week. I would also be ok with a couple with rent altering if so. Heat/water are included, wifi and electricity average about $ per person each month. My current roommate is moving so will not be resigning. You would get the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The apartment comes with in-unit laundry and there is accessible resident parking on the street. There is also a bonus room, that we’ve currently been using for storage and iron/vacuum. The living room is furnished but you will likely have to get your own bedroom furnuture (unless my current roommate is willing to sell hers)! I am a very clean/neat person and am looking for someone similar! The apartment is in a great location (1 minute walk from Fenway T stop)!
