Looking for a roommate to move in!

Hi! I have a cat Delilah and a dog Luna. We’d like to keep it a feminine household :) looking for somebody who is reliable and has proof of income. Can clean up after themselves, I’m very friendly so of course you can be too here. I have an inflatable hottub that will never deflate on my watch lol and a tent with a projector for movie nights. I love to have friends over to grill which would be so fun with you!! I have a fire pit back there I use pretty often as well. I own an estate sale company in Georgetown so my schedule is somewhat all over the place but no late nights for meee
