Great house-share Gresham hills

Description

Looking for house-mate with whom to share my cool Gresham house. There will only be myself and 1 housemate. The bedroom available is completely and nicely furnished. Hoping to find a friendly, quiet, employed new friend with good references, credit and employment history. This is not an opportunity for someone with a lot of belongings or furnishings to store. Rental price is all-inclusive. No other bills to pay; I want this to be a good value for the right person.

There are 3 enthusiastic but friendly dogs here. That said, the house is kept very clean and tidy, free of clutter. If you have a dog, we will need to talk about the situation, as it might be a bit too much. There are doggie doors here, so cats aren't safe, with all the coyotes up the hill.

Not much space for storage (loft in garage available for some lightweight items). Huge yard, front & back. Wonderful trails around the corner to hike. Just uphill from cute downtown Gresham.

I've successfully shared the house for several years, having housemates leave only when big life changes happen, and once we determine a good possible fit, you are welcome to speak with any of them if you need a reference on me.
