Currently, it’s just me and one other tenant living here. I’m and work full-time, and I keep things calm and respectful around the house. The other tenant is , works full-time as well, and is very clean, respectful, and easy to live with. You would be sharing a bathroom with him, as I have the master bedroom with a private bath.
Rent is $ per month. Move-in requires first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a $ security deposit.
I cover electricity, Wi-Fi, and utilities.
