Hey! My name’s Jerimiah, but everyone calls me Jer. I’m currently in school online for data analytics—finishing my associate’s and about to start my bachelor’s—so I spend a lot of time studying. I’m pretty quiet, clean, and respectful. No criminal record, no evictions, and I’ve got cash on hand for rent and deposit.I do vape and I’m -friendly, but I’m totally cool going outside or even leaving the property entirely for that. I’m a big guy and I know I can look a little intimidating at first, but I’m actually super chill and friendly once you talk to me 😄I’m a millennial, so I’ll probably be out walking, running errands, or studying at a library or park when I’m not doing schoolwork at home—you won’t feel like I’m underfoot all the time.
