I’m looking for a dependable roommate for the next 4 months. Ideal for someone who’s in transition, or waiting on an opportunity. There’s a tenant now but we can schedule a time to view if it’s the right fit. Women only. Private bath, shared space is in the middle of the layout. Potential to renew if we connect. If you own a car, you must be added to the lease (simple process, background and income verification only) and pay a registration fee for parking.
