Room for rent in a BA house

Description

The rent is $/month and utilities are around $ on average per person. It's east, a min drive to most places depending on traffic, super close to the airport, and the house is super open & spacious. The house is fully furnished, and the room can come with a mattress & frame if you need it. The neighborhood has a pool we have access to and is relatively new, walkable, and safe. There are 2 mid-size/large dogs and a cat in the house!

The ideal person:
... would be in their late s, super communicative, kind, easy-going, and loves animals. Preference for women but could be open to the right man, very queer friendly! I don't think we can handle any more dogs in the house but might be open to another cat!

About Hannah:
I'm almost and I work from home for an EdTech company. I love doing art, sewing, building, and a myriad of other creative things! I'm at the gym a few nights a week, but often curled up on the couch after with a pint of Ben & Jerry's... balance is key ◡̈ I have a big dog with an even bigger personality (luckily he's a sweetie pie) and a cat that will grace you with his presence when he feels like it. I'm super laid back, usually listening to a podcast in my room and running my sewing machine, I enjoy being outside when the weather is nice and am always happy to share my craft supplies!

About Maya:
I’m and I work from home as a UX Designer. I’m laid-back and responsible, and I really value open communication. I have a medium-sized dog who’s a total sweetheart. She enjoys occasional cuddles but is mostly independent. I’m a nature enthusiast who loves rock climbing, hiking, and any outdoor adventure. I also sing and play guitar. Most evenings you’ll find me at the gym, a park, or a music/art event, though I also love cozy nights in with a book or a creative project.
