Room in Atlanta house for rent

Hi, I have a room for rent in a house in Upper Westside Atlanta near Bolton area. My roommate moved out for a new job and I am looking for someone to take over his portion of the lease. Rent price and average utilities (each) are in details, it won’t let me put numbers for it in this description.

Looking for someone to move in March 1.

For me, and in the photo industry and work at an equipment rental house. I am an avid cyclist, active of my local church, gardener/plant collector, and film photography nerd. The house also has a basement/crawlspace for storage, and a 3rd room that has been converted into a darkroom/ workspace for developing film and making prints.
