Lease Takeover (Female Only)

Description

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease in a lovely bath apartment located in the Normal Heights area.

You would be taking over my spot starting April 1st, and you would be rooming with a female professional who works a typical Monday–Friday schedule. She is respectful, easygoing, and keeps a calm, clean home environment.

Apartment Details:
• 🛏️ Bath
• 🧺 On- laundry
• 🚫 No pets
• 🚭 No smoking
• 👩‍💼 Female roommate only (working professional preferred)

Lease & Costs:
• Lease takeover begins April 1st
• Rent is approximately $/month
• Security deposit: $
• Move-in can be available mid-March if needed

Utilities:
• Utilities are not included
• Electric + WiFi are separate and usually total around $/month

Cleaning:
• Cleaning service comes twice a month
• Cost is $/month
