Hello, my name is Giovanni. A bedroom in my home will be available for rent starting February . The room is unfurnished and includes a shared full bathroom. The tenant will have 2 roommates, one working male ( years old) and one student female ( years old). You will share a full bathroom with the female tenant. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs, and there is a half bathroom downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining table, living room with TV, and backyard patio for anytime use.
