Seeking one roommate to do a lease takeover for a house nearby Lincoln Creek Park & Ride. We have 6 of us; looking for a 7th because one is moving away for a job opportunity. You can move in anytime from January th onwards; prioritizing folks who can move in sooner ideally. If you move in now, you get to keep the january rent.

Requirement:
- No pets! My cat is the only pet who can live here. He's a free-roaming indoor cat, very friendly & playful

Money stuff:
- Rent: Average $/month
- We are responsible for all utilities, splitting the following costs between the 7 of us. Water, sewer, compost, & garbage is included. Wifi, electricity and gas range around $/ month

House:
- 6 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths (You'd have your own room & share a bathroom )
- 3 parking spaces right in front of the house & some street parking
- In-unit washer & drier
- Kitchen w/oven, stovetop, microwave, 2 fridge/freezers, dishwasher
- an extra freezer in the garage
- private landlord

Our vibe:
- We have women, all around our early 's; LGBTQ+ friendly; neurodivergent friendly
- We have a chore chart; common spaces are kept clean
- We respect each other's personal spaces but chat/hang out in common spaces when we want to. House is lowkey & drama-free mostly
- We have guests over semi-regularly, not a party house though
