Small 1 bedroom furnishedOhana in Kihei near everything. Includes WiFi. 5 min walk to beach. Rent the bedroom with tv and large closet, bed for $/mo or rent the fold out couch in living room/kitchen for $/month. Can partition the area around bed in living room for added privacy. Ample parking on quiet street. No drugs no visitors, unfortunately no dogs, but cat allowed if friendly and well taken care of / tidy. Male or female ok. About me - year old recent empty nester , in college, work/study from home or around the island, love to cook , love nature, have a cat named Lil Peep, friendly. House rules- quiet after 9. No blasting music and stuff, respect for landlord and family above and neighborhood, chill, no drugs or shenanigans or hooplapla at all, pay on time, no guests because it’s a tiny place. This will work best with someone who is chill, quiet, isn’t out very late etc because the front door is by the foldout bed. No laundry but laundromat 2 miles away. Worked out great with previous roomie who rented the bedroom, I put the foldout bed up daytime and make the space my little office (I use headphones but do have calls /class during the day) so you will hear me at times. Shared bathroom, fridge, cooktop. Very nice but small place.
