Nursing student

Hi, I’ve been really lucky to have awesome roommates in the past & hoping to continue that streak! I’m in a nursing program and work in childcare Mon-Friday . I’m pretty easygoing and do my own thing. Looking for a stable, clean, and respectful space. I don’t mind a couple ppl over from time to time so long as everyone is considerate and respectful but I’m not interested in a party house where there’s a revolving door of strangers in and out. I’m neat & pick up after myself in a reasonable manner and keep common areas tidy after use.

** I have a small 5 lb elderly year old dog. He wears briefs so theres no pee accidents to worry about. Sidenote: he’s hypoallergenic, doesn’t shed, isn’t capable of damaging anything. but you’ll be able to see that for yourself if we meet.
