My name is Serena Kline. I am , and I have been living independently in LA for the past three years, renting on my own for over . I am a clean, organized, and considerate housemate who values both personal space and genuine community.

I am dreaming of finding or creating a special kind of shared home in the Valley with three other people. Ladies, gays, and theys are warmly welcomed. I envision a warm, open home where friends can easily visit. I am looking for a social and creative space, hoping to host small gatherings, clothing swaps, and maybe even intimate shows someday. I love raving, dancing, fashion, and building community, and I would love to live with people who appreciate these things too. Communication and respect are the foundation of a happy home for me.

On the practical side, I am looking for a house in the Valley with four people total. The must-haves are in unit laundry and some kind of outside space. The total rent budget is under dollars for the house.
