Walking distance from Granville Island as well!

The apt will be fully furnished with everything you need. Best for someone who wants to come live in Vancouver and see how they like it before committing to a year lease somewhere!

The building has a laundry that you can use tap to pay.
Internet is $ a month and utilities, gas and hydro come out to around $ per month-ish.
