Artist/CAD Designer housemate

Description

My name is Steve, I’m , single and moving from Boston to CA. I’m a CAD designer and builder, i’m currently working on a degree in Architecture part time while working and i plan to continue this in LA. I am bored of the east coast and sick of the cold so it’s time to switch it up. i have a cushion so i will never be late on my obligations even while i search for the right job and i may even have one in town by the time i move. I’m neat and i clean up after myself. i’m not a party animal but not lame either. i know how to have fun and i know how to be respectful as well. i’m a film nerd and have worked on a few film projects here on the east coast so hoping i can dip into some set design and build projects for funsees. i have a good work ethic and i know how to hustle and juggle multiple projects. i’m easy going and get along with just about anyone. i’ve always had a diverse friend group and i fit into most spaces. my only people rule is that i don’t hang out with the chronically negative or disrespectful types and as a result that is a rule for myself as well; don’t be negative or disrespectful. i love LA and i have family in town so this is almost a homecoming for me. i hope we can be roomies!
