Looking for room to rent in a house

My husband and I are looking for a room to rent and helps me you can come up with first one's ranch on February 1st and we would like to move in then we have two cats they're older cats fixed very good boys well behaved don't fight no litter box trained and go outside we are quiet people don't have very much of a social life or just happy being us watching TV or older and respectful and know how to follow rules and always have your rent on time can you message me if anyone has room open so we can come look at it thank you
