I’m a year old female looking for another female to rent a room in my home. I have a cat and dog . No pets. It’s a it’s a bath home, i currently have been living by myself for over a year in this home. Shared spaces are bathroom, kitchen and living room all furnished. Bedroom can be available already furnished for $ non refundable deposit, I also can do a $ refundable deposit with a day notice, with an unfurnished bedroom. WiFi is included in rent, utilities are $ a month. Street parking, I live on a decently quiet road. House coming with its own heating system, it does not have ac. I will supply a window ac unit during summer.
