One of us is home almost all the time and we do a lot of cooking but you are welcome to use anything and there's a washer and dryer. No pets as we have 2 cats. 420 friendly. Bed, desk, small tv, laundry hamper a small pull 3 drawer pull out (as dresser) feel free to bring your own things as well.
