Young engineer looking for a new place. Trying to stay within mins (~ mins max) of Rancho Bernardo where I work. I work hybrid and would like a space to put my standing desk. Also have an electric car, a garage/car port where I can plug in would be nice. I can even plug into a regular outlet where you’d plug your phone, no problem. Not pets. I don’t smoke. Keep to myself for the most part but I’m pretty sociable. Down for some game nights if if end up being a roommate situation. Definitely would prefer washer & dryer in unit. That might be a deal breaker without them
