Looking for lg room and priv bath

My current roommate of 7 years has stage 4 cancer and it's time to move on. I've lived lived in Austin years. I'm established and financially stable. Looking to live in South Austin with other females. I am partially retiring at the end of the month but will work part-time. I'm very clean and respectful and look for the same in roommates.
I stay to myself a lot but I am still very friendly and like to interact with others. I don't party but I do like to shop and visit friends and travel etc
