A bit about me: I work as an Office Manager at AVL Manufacturing, and my schedule is PM ET, so I’m typically out early and home in the evenings. I’m reliable, organized, and big on keeping shared spaces tidy and peaceful. Rent is never an issue — I earn $/year and always pay on time.

I’d also be moving with my tuxedo cat, who’s years old and basically the definition of “chill.” He’s well-trained, litter box perfect, not destructive, and spends most of his time napping, supervising from a comfy spot, or politely asking for a snack. He’s friendly but not in-your-face — more “sweet housemate” than “wild kitten energy.”
